Company formations can take as little as 3 working hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) depending on the Companies House workload. We will then email your company number and documents as soon as your company is incorporated.

Company registrations submitted late in the day, on weekends or UK bank holidays will be incorporated the next working day.





We will send electronic copies of your incorporation documents via email as soon as your company is incorporated with us (normally within 3 working hours).

The incorporation documents consist of

Certain SIC codes mean that the companies require a more complex onboarding process. So we are currently unable to offer the free company formation with bank account to companies with them. You can still register a company using our company formation packages.

There is no cost to you to register a company using the registered office address with a business account for the first year from your company’s formation. The use of the registered office address service is renewable at £59.99 after the first year of company incorporation. If you do not want to use the registered office address service after the first year, you will be able to change your address at no cost.





No, your registered office must be in the same region as the company you’re trying to create. For example, to create a limited company in England you must have a English address as your registered office address.





As a director, you’re legally responsible for running the company and reporting to HMRC and Companies House. You can hire other people to manage some of these things day-to-day like an accountant but you’re still legally responsible for your company’s records, accounts and performance.

No, you don’t need a limited company to open an account. ANNA accounts are currently available to any UK resident who is a sole trader, a director of a limited company or a partner in a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Community Interest Companies have to be registered for over a year on Companies House and confirm they are not a registered or unregistered charity before their application can be considered.





Applicants need to be either a sole trader, a partner or company director. They must be aged 18 or over and be a UK resident, with a UK registered business. Applicants are also subject to a credit check.
